Simon RAMSDEN	At Notts 2002-2003 (Loan)

	Finally left Sunderland in the summer of 2004 and signed for Grimsby. In January 06 joined Rochdale.

Kevin RANDALL	At Notts 1972-1975

	Chief Scout for Neil Warnock at Sheffield United.

Kevin RAPLEY	At Notts 1999-2001

	After leaving Notts in the summer of 2001 Kevin spent two years with Colchester before joining Chester City in the Conference in July 2003. His first season at the club ended with Chester winning the title and promotion back to the League, where he played for one more season (but part of it was spent on loan at Forest Green Rovers). In April 2005 Kevin joined Droylsden in the Conference North. The 2005/06 season started well but petered out through the season, which ended with Droylsden losing to Stafford Rangers in the Conference North play-off final on penalties. A few months later he joined Leigh RMI - with his short spell there resulting in 12 goals from 32 appearances to help Leigh avoid relegation. Kevin Rapley joined Barrow AFC in October 2007. Matt REDMILE	At Notts 1995-2001

	Joined Shrewsbury for £30,000 in Jan 2001. Having made just over 100 appearances for the Shrews he then moved to Scarborough in August 2003 and then onto Barnet, where he got his England National Game call up, in February 2004. In the 2004 close season he moved to Tamworth and has been almost ever present over the last two seasons before joining Dean Thomas' Hinckley in August 2006. Matt signed for Sutton Town in July 2007.

David REEVES	At Notts 1993

	After his time at Meadow Lane David spent time at Carlisle, Preston, Chesterfield and Oldham before signing for Scarborough in January 2005. David is now assistant manager with Nicky Law at Alfreton Town FC.

Dave REGIS	At Notts 1990-1991

	Currently working with the Notts County youngsters. Turned out for Notts in the 2005 Masters competition.

Peter REID	At Notts 1994

	Had a spell as manager of Leeds United. June 2004 - appointed manager of Coventry City but resigned early in 2005 and can regularly be seen on Sky Sports.

Ian RICHARDSON	At Notts 1996-2005

	At the end of August 2005 after sterling service to Notts for over nine years and making nearly 400 appearances, Richo was released by the club. September 2005 Richo joined Notts County's Football in the Community programme as a coach as well as continuing to progress through the ranks as a referee.

Leam RICHARDSON	At Notts 2001-2002 (loan)

	Started his career at Blackburn Rovers, playing one first team game before being transferred to Bolton Wanderers. During his time there he had loan spells at first Notts County then Blackpool, before moving to Bloomfield Road on a permanent basis in July 2003. Amongst his many appearances for Blackpool was one at The Millenium Stadium in The LDV Trophy Final. Joined Accrington Stanley in August 2005.

Paul RIDEOUT	At Notts 1991

	Left Notts for Glasgow Rangers followed by a successful spell with Everton including an FA Cup winner's medal in 1995 before deciding he would no longer play for clubs with boring names and went on to play for Huan Dao FC, Vanguards FC, Kansas City Wizards, Shengzhen Shanghai and last heard of playing for Huan Dao Vanguards of Xaopyangon in China.

Paul RILEY	At Notts 2001-2004

	Released by Notts at the end of the 03/04 season. September 2004 joined Alfreton Town but after less than a month moved to Ilkeston Town. Joined the Matlock's Gladiators following his release by Ilkeston Town in November 2004.

Phil ROBINSON	At Notts 1998-1992 and 1996-1998

	After leaving Notts for the second time Phil spent two years at Stoke followed by two years at Hereford before becoming player/manager at Stafford Rangers currently in the Conference North. In the 2005/6 season Phil took Stafford into the national Conference via the end of season play-offs.

Marvin ROBINSON	At Notts 2004

	Joined Notts as a non-contract player in September 2004 but was allowed to leave in October. After Notts Marvin had spells with Rushden, Walsall and Stockport, Lincoln and Macclesfield. In August 2006 Marvin joined Oxford.

Mark ROBSON	At Notts 1997-1999

	After leaving Notts Mark retired from playing and began coaching. In November 2006 Mark was promoted from the coaching staff at Charlton to be new manager Alan Pardew's assistant.

Ian ROSS	At Notts 2006-2007

	After a season long loan at Notts Ian returned to Sheffield United at the end of the 2006-7 season. Ian joined Rotherham in November 2007.
