Notts County ex players Where are they now?

Colin CALDERWOOD	At Notts 2001 (loan)

	Retired soon after his spell at Notts and was appointed manager of Northampton Town in October 2003. After taking the Cobblers to promotion in the 2005/6 season the summer of 2006 saw Colin take a surprising backward step in his career when he accepted the manager's role with the red team across the other side of Trent Bridge.

Steve CARTER	At Notts 1971-1978

	After leaving Notts in August 1978 Carter joined Derby County, with Scotland international Don Masson going in the opposite direction. He settled in well but early the following season he was hit by injury and would never play for Derby again. While with Derby, Carter also played in the NASL for Minnesota Kicks. He eventually recovered and rejoined Notts on a non-contract basis, before joining Bournemouth in March 1982. He made 46 league appearances for Bournemouth before joining Torquay United in July 1984. He played only 16 times for the Gulls league side before leaving league football, joining non-league Lymington F.C. Marcel CAS	At Notts 2001-2003

	Marcel moved to England in July 2001. In February 2003 he moved from Notts County to Sheffield United on a loan deal. In June 2003 he signed a 2-years contract at Grimsby Town. He released himself from his contract in January 2004, returning to RBC Roosendaal. Cas joined FC Den Bosch in the summer of 2004 signing a 2-year contract. He retired from professional football in summer 2006. In his final season, Cas also suffered from a bad injury. He is currently playing at amateur level at Unitas'30 from Etten-Leur.

Darren CASKEY	At Notts 2001-2004

	After Notts, Darren had spells with Bristol City, Hornchurch, Peterborough and Bath City before he left to join Virginia Beach Mariners in the USA for a year before joining Rushden & Diamonds who he helped guide to bottom place in the Football League and into the Conference. July 06 saw him join Kettering as player/coach. October 07 on loan at Halesowen Town.

Steve CHERRY	At Notts 1989-1995

	Although by then in his early forties he was still turning out - recently for Lincoln United and in December 2003 joined Kidsgrove Athletic in the Unibond League Division One followed by a spell at Belper. Has been the Notts keeper the last few seasons Masters competitions. In July 06 Steve rejoined Notts as goalkeeping coach.

Chibuzor CHILAKA	At Notts 2005-2006

	Released by Notts after only a single first team appearance away at Northampton in the LDV cup in the summer of 2006 he was last heard of having trials with Grimsby.

Dan CHILLINGWORTH	At Notts 2006 (loan)

	After leaving Notts Dan returned to Rushden and Diamonds who were by then managed by ex Pie Paul Hart. In the January 07 window Dan joined Cambridge United.

Liam CHILVERS	At Notts 2001-2002

	After returning to Arsenal after his loan spell at Notts Liam went on loan to Beveren in the Belgian First Division in 2002. Two loan spells at Colchester before joining them full time in June 2004. In July 06 Liam joined Preston.

Trevor CHRISTIE	At Notts 1979-1983

	Not directly involved in football but still turning out for the ex Leicester City players team. (Yes I know it is a tenuous link but I wanted to include him) Thanks to Jimmy Willan for the photo.

Russell COOKE	At Notts ????

	Made his Hucknall Town debut in the 1999/00 season and went on to make over 150 appearances. Transferred to Conference side Leigh RMI in August 2003 but things didn't work out at Hilton Park and he quickly returned nearer home to Ilkeston Town a few weeks later. Rejoined Hucknall on 17th July 2007.

Paul COX	At Notts 1989-1994

	Had spells at Hull City, Halifax, Kettering, Ilkeston, Gresley and Hucknall Town before joining his old Hucknall boss at Leek Town as player/assistant manager in May 2002. A year later he joined Eastwood Town as first team assistant manager/coach and academy director. Appointed Eastwood 1st team Manager after the departure of long-serving Bryan Chambers on 28th September 2005.

Colin CRAMB	At Notts 2000 (loan)

	Colin must have spent most of his career living out of a suitcase with his clubs reading as follows: Hamilton, Southampton, Falkirk, Hearts, Doncaster, Bristol City, Walsall, Crewe, Notts, Bury, Shrewsbury, and Grimsby - not to mention a spell in the Dutch League with Fortuna Sittard. In January 2005 Colin returned to Hamilton where he had started his career as a junior but after only a short time he signed for Stenhousemuir in June 2005. In July 2006 Colin was on the move again as he joined Stirling Albion.

Lee CROOKS	At Notts ?????

	Left Notts in the summer of 2006 and spent some time training with Lincoln City before joining Rochdale at the start of the 2006/7 season on a one year contract.

Shaun CUNNINGTON	At Notts 1997-1998

	Recently appointed as the youth team manager at Kidderminster. November 2004 - promoted to caretaker manager when Jan Molby walked out. Shaun now manager of Alvechurch.

Tom CURTIS	At Notts 2006-2007

	Now playing for Nuneaton Borough in the Blue Square North
